Note:
Kindly note that we pack them to the bes of our ability in wooden boxes, but if there is damage in transit, the company is not responsible for the same. In case you need insurance for the same, we can provide you the same with our insurance partner's assistance at INR 500/- per piece. In case of damage, a complete unboxing video from scratch would be required as proof, else can't be contested with the insurance agency.

If there’s something wrong as a part of manufacturing with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item. Also, please note that product conditions are specified clearly in the Short or Long Description. So, please ensure before purchasing that you read them properly.
Refunds
We at Collectovan serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Hence, we ensure that the condition and other details of the products are specified in the Product Description space.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Collectovan is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
Additionally, Collectovan doesn't take responsibility of any loss in transit. If the selected shipping agency has misplaced your box, Collectovan will not be responsible for the same. Once Collectovan ships the customers product and updates the Airway Bill number in the Order section, the ownership is transferred to the customer and henceforth it is the responsibility of the Customer to followup on the same with the Shipping agency if need be.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
-We DO NOT allow returns on sold products - online or in retail outlets.
-We DO NOT accept returned goods.
-Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made - be they online or in retail store.
-We DO NOT accept exchange requests of our products.
-We DO NOT cover Damage or Loss in Transit for any products once the sale is made and shipping is updated.

Without limitation to the foregoing, Collectovan provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither Collectovan nor any Collectovan."’s" provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Application, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Application; or (iv) that the Application, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of Collectovan are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs or other harmful components.
