Collectovan (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can have your data deleted from all environments of Collectovan.
This Data Deletion Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”) alongside our application, Collectovan.
Individual Rights
An individual has the right to erasure, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. The principle underpinning this right is to enable an individual to request the deletion or removal of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
Any user on the Collectovan environment which includes a website, Android and iOS Application can simply send a request to speed@collectovan.com to delete his or her account permanently or temporarily. In case an user requests to delete his or her account permanently, Collectovan will delete the user data and all details related or connected to that user permanently. No other user including Collectovan would thereafter be able to pursue, procure or access any record of the same user. In case an user requests to delete his or her account temporarily, Collectovan will disable the user’s account from the Administrator panel until further notice which means that no other user would be able to view, pursue, procure or access any record of the same user unless the said user further requests to enable the account again. Collectovan will however, not share, supply or provide any details of the user to any third party as per policy and regulation.
