Collectovan is a marketplace which allows third-party vendors to come and sell their products to the users. As a part of the Vendor Agreement, they are not allowed to take pre-order of items which are not in ready to ship status. Any listing on Collectovan platform should be readily available and shipped within a maximum of 72 hours from order date.
